What will you be working on?

In this role you will be joining our Product Support team (5FTE) which is responsible for providing technical support to IXON’s national and international customers and colleagues. You will be handling first line technical support by answering and solving a wide range of technical enquiries. This goes both for the IXON hardware and software.

Your role will include:

  • Main focus on offering technical support to IXON customers and employees;
  • Testing hardware defects;
  • Reproducing bugs and reporting these to our Research & Development department;
  • Reporting feature requests;
  • Maintaining IXON demo/tour companies;
  • Determining and testing IXON solution possibilities;
  • Updating and maintaining internal technical and support documentation.

Who are we looking for?

Our ideal candidate has a strong customer focus and is responsible for correctly determining the question or issue and for offering help step-by-step. Another important aspect is consulting with customers to determine the best technical setup for their specific needs and requirements.


Does that sound like you? If you also meet the following requirements, you're the person we're looking for:

● Flawless German and English language skills, any other language would be considered a plus;

● You have a strong problem solving ability and the ability to work independently;

● You are customer and support oriented;

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred);

● You have at least basic knowledge of IT Networking and you are motivated to educate yourself further on this subject.
